If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns an exchanges for 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we may be able to exchange your items if they are not opened or tampered with.
In order to get your item returned, it must be not used and in the same condition it was delivered in. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once you have shipped the item back to us, it will be inspected and if the item is not damaged or tampered your refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 working days to get your refund. For updates or more information you can email us at email@example.com
Late or missing refunds
In the case you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To return your product, you can send the product in a sealed flyer to Plot C-21, Gulshan e roomi, Gulistan e Johar, Karachi.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable, and in the case of refund, the shipping costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you reside in Pakistan, the time it may take to complete your exchange process will vary.
